簡(jiǎn)歷的定義：簡(jiǎn)歷其實(shí)就是對(duì)你自己簡(jiǎn)短的描述，說(shuō)明你是哪兒的人、做過(guò)那些事，也可以說(shuō)簡(jiǎn)歷是你自己給自己做廣告。當(dāng)然引起他人注意的廣告或者說(shuō)有說(shuō)服力、有沖擊力的廣告是你求職成功的第一步。

簡(jiǎn)歷的長(zhǎng)度：程序員一般以2-3頁(yè)紙為宜。高級(jí)研發(fā)人員一般不超過(guò)4頁(yè)。CEO等高級(jí)行政管理人員當(dāng)然不在此列。

簡(jiǎn)歷的原則：簡(jiǎn)單明了，針對(duì)性強(qiáng)（To be concise and to the point）。給中介公司的簡(jiǎn)歷則應(yīng)盡量將關(guān)鍵字詞列在上面。

簡(jiǎn)歷的類(lèi)型：

1. 按時(shí)間順序排列（Chronological） 這是最常見(jiàn)的寫(xiě)法。但請(qǐng)注意時(shí)間順序?qū)嶋H是按倒序排列的。這種簡(jiǎn)歷用于強(qiáng)調(diào)你的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，年紀(jì)大經(jīng)驗(yàn)多的人比較適合。

2. 按功能分類(lèi)寫(xiě)（Functional）這是一種按技能和重要性列出工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的格式。這種簡(jiǎn)歷強(qiáng)調(diào)你的能力，年輕人比較適合。
