轉(zhuǎn)眼間工作又一年了,根據(jù)經(jīng)理的工作安排,我主要負(fù)責(zé)酒店前臺的日常運(yùn)作和酒店的培訓(xùn)工作,現(xiàn)將201*年度工作情況作總結(jié)匯報(bào)。
我深知自己扮演的是一個承上啟下,協(xié)調(diào)左右的角色。每天做的也都是些瑣碎的工作,盡快的理順關(guān)系投入到工作中去是我重要的任務(wù),全力配合好經(jīng)理日常工作是我的職責(zé),這就要求我工作意識要強(qiáng),工作態(tài)度要端正,工作效率要快,力求周全。我每天的職責(zé)是:1、落實(shí)經(jīng)理下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)指示,管理好所屬員工。2、監(jiān)督服務(wù)員為客人服務(wù),組織員工現(xiàn)場調(diào)配,確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量。3、檢查下屬服務(wù)員的儀容儀表、禮節(jié)禮貌、工作態(tài)度,并帶領(lǐng)下屬員工做好衛(wèi)生清潔,嚴(yán)格記錄本班員工考勤。4、負(fù)責(zé)服務(wù)所需的物品領(lǐng)用,填寫領(lǐng)用單交保管。5、每日開好班前例會,傳達(dá)本店及各部門的指示及通知,總結(jié)上個班次工作情況及注意事項(xiàng),提出各崗位的服務(wù)要求。6、對所屬區(qū)域的設(shè)備設(shè)施經(jīng)常檢查,確保經(jīng)營區(qū)的設(shè)施、設(shè)備保證良好的狀態(tài)。
我們的服務(wù)就是體現(xiàn)在人性化服務(wù),要精益求精,為客人營造出一種在家的感覺。我現(xiàn)所擁有的經(jīng)驗(yàn)還較少,前面還有很多的東西要等著我學(xué)習(xí)。工作中有時也難免會出現(xiàn)失誤之處,出現(xiàn)的問題我會引以為戒,在今后的工作中要再接再厲。
