太平哨完小紀(jì)念“三八”國(guó)際勞動(dòng)?jì)D女節(jié)活動(dòng)總結(jié)

為紀(jì)念“三八”國(guó)際勞動(dòng)?jì)D女節(jié),全面貫徹黨的婦女政策,營(yíng)造濃郁的節(jié)日氣氛,豐富我校女教師的業(yè)余文化生活,激勵(lì)廣大女教師以飽滿(mǎn)的熱情和最佳的工作狀態(tài)在本職崗位上建功立業(yè),根據(jù)陸良縣婦聯(lián)和大莫古鎮(zhèn)中心學(xué)校的工作部署,并結(jié)合我校實(shí)際,開(kāi)展了本次慶;顒(dòng),活動(dòng)取得了較好的效果,現(xiàn)把活動(dòng)情況總結(jié)如下:一、加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),積極營(yíng)造濃郁的節(jié)日氣氛

十六屆三中全會(huì)決定指出:“堅(jiān)持以人為本,樹(shù)立全面、協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)的發(fā)展觀(guān),促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)和人的全面發(fā)展!奔訌(qiáng)婦女工作,充分發(fā)揮廣大女教師的積極性是全面貫徹黨的婦女政策,促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必由之路。

學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)組織“三八”節(jié)活動(dòng)高度重視。在“三八”節(jié)前夕,制定了本次活動(dòng)計(jì)劃,從計(jì)劃、經(jīng)費(fèi)、活動(dòng)安排等方面,都作了具體部署和安排,每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)都傾注著領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)女教師無(wú)聲的關(guān)懷,體現(xiàn)了一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者所具有的風(fēng)范,既提高了大家對(duì)婦女工作重要性的認(rèn)識(shí),又營(yíng)造了濃郁的節(jié)日氣氛。

二、結(jié)合學(xué)校實(shí)際,開(kāi)展慶;顒(dòng)

1、大力宣傳婦女政策,營(yíng)造節(jié)日氛圍

學(xué)校通過(guò)張貼標(biāo)語(yǔ),板報(bào)等宣傳工具開(kāi)展有重點(diǎn)、有深度、有聲勢(shì)的集中宣傳活動(dòng),形成一個(gè)有利于婦女進(jìn)步發(fā)展的輿論氛圍。大力宣傳馬克思主義婦女觀(guān)和男女平等的基本國(guó)策,宣傳婦女在和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)中的地位和作用等。2、開(kāi)展唱歌活動(dòng)

3月8日下午,學(xué)校組織了女教師在太平哨小學(xué)舉行唱歌活動(dòng),讓廣大女教師在活動(dòng)中放松自己,愉悅身心。

3、開(kāi)展感恩活動(dòng)

通過(guò)學(xué)校的統(tǒng)一要求,各班以“媽媽?zhuān)婧!”為主題開(kāi)展活動(dòng),要求學(xué)生了解自己的媽媽?zhuān)惺軏寢尩摹皭?ài)”,并為媽媽做一件事。

4、開(kāi)展扶貧幫困活動(dòng)

學(xué)校組織教師對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行走訪(fǎng)調(diào)查,了解貧困學(xué)生的生活和學(xué)習(xí)情況,為貧困學(xué)生建立檔案,有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期、有效的幫扶活動(dòng)。要求教師在貧困生的物質(zhì)要給予資助,在精神要給予鼓勵(lì),培養(yǎng)他們自強(qiáng)、自立的精神。

三、活動(dòng)的重要意義

總之,今年的“三八”紀(jì)念活動(dòng),我校過(guò)各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)形式凝聚人心,振奮精神,使廣大女教師以高昂的姿態(tài)和頑強(qiáng)的精神投身于全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的偉大實(shí)踐中。
