工作改革:
退火班:針對(duì)元月七號(hào),全車間工業(yè)用電跳閘的情況,對(duì)退火工、作業(yè)人員進(jìn)行斷電應(yīng)急預(yù)案與演練。針對(duì)忽然斷電的特殊情況,確保生產(chǎn)的安全穩(wěn)定。
開(kāi)箱班:改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)步驟,不影響開(kāi)箱速度的同時(shí),保證了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的整潔規(guī)范,并保持全月現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明衛(wèi)生的認(rèn)真落實(shí)
工作漏點(diǎn):
退火班:二號(hào)爐側(cè)壓緊頻繁出現(xiàn)故障,例行維護(hù)沒(méi)有落實(shí)到位。開(kāi)箱班:行吊指揮手勢(shì)要規(guī)范,以保證與天車工的密切配合。

1.安全生產(chǎn),平平安安回家過(guò)年
