由于酒店一些設備老化造成客人入住時的一些不便,時常引起客人投訴。對于這些出現(xiàn)的糾紛和問題,前廳部沉著應對,積極、及時、妥善地解決。對于個別客人的刻意刁難,我們也做到了忍耐的同時,微笑的賠不是,時刻以維護酒店的名譽為前提,盡量使客人能夠滿意。

在取得成績的同時,我們也要深刻地意識到由于前廳部人員的流動性和不專業(yè)性,以及其他一些原因,我們在工作中仍然存在著很多問題。一、微笑服務的缺乏

總臺在日常工作中堅持做好“三會”,即遇到客人時,會微笑、會問候、會溝通。服務需要微笑,只有始終向客人投以微笑,服務才充滿生機,客人會感受到我們發(fā)自內心的服務。而當客人一進入賓館時,主動、熱情、親切地稱呼客人,一聲問候與語言的溝通更拉近我們與客人的距離。但我們的員工還沒有做到時刻把微笑掛在臉上,有時給客人開房也不說普通話。二、銷售技巧的缺乏

由于缺乏專業(yè)素養(yǎng),我們員工在客房銷售技巧方面還有所欠缺。前臺應在酒店優(yōu)惠政策的同時,根據(jù)市場行情和當日的入住情況靈活掌握房價。前臺還應和保安提前做好溝通,加深配合默契,堅持“只要到前臺的客人,我們都要想盡辦法讓客人住下來”的宗旨,由前臺喊高價格,若客人嫌房價太貴轉身離開時,保安應配合上前主動降價留住客人。三、財務交賬的漏洞

由于前臺開房流程都是手寫完成,其中人為可操作性大;電腦程序也因為可以人為的隨意修改而無法查出實際開房數(shù)量和價格;這其中就存在著很大的漏洞。所幸我們的員工從不搞小動作,從中貪污金錢。但以防萬一,前臺財務的漏洞應盡快想方設法的補起來。

為了進一步提高我們的工作質量,配合銷售部完成銷售任務,提高酒店的散客房銷售價格,更加妥善地處理各種問題,讓每一個客人都能乘興而來,滿意而歸,我們還需不停地努力,做到更好!

一、加強業(yè)務培訓,提高員工素質,提高服務質量;

前廳部作為酒店的門面,每個員工都要直接的面對客人,員工的工作態(tài)度和服務質量反映出一個酒店的服務水準和管理水平,因此對員工的培訓是我們的工作重點,只有通過培訓才能讓員工在業(yè)務知識和服務技能上有進一步的提高,才能更好的為客人提供優(yōu)質的服務。二、穩(wěn)定員工隊伍,減少員工的流動性;

三、“硬件”老化“軟件”補,通過提高服務質量來彌補設備老化的不足;四、提高前臺員工的售房技巧,增加散客的入住率,力爭完成酒店下達的銷售任務。

新的一月即將開始,前廳部全體員工將以新的精神面貌和實際行動向賓客提供最優(yōu)質的服務,貫徹“賓客至上,服務第一”的宗旨,為酒店的美好明天貢獻出自己的一份力量。
