本學期,我們在兩個《綱要》的精神指導下,認真實施了園本課程方案。在實踐工作中,能合理優(yōu)化幼兒的一日活動,全面實施素質(zhì)教育,在園領導的支持、幫助下,在本班教師的共同努力下,我們緊緊圍繞幼兒園工作重點,堅持以教研促教改,較好的完成了各項教學任務,取得了一定的成效,針對大班幼兒即將升入小學的情況,重點就幼兒良好學習習慣的養(yǎng)成,良好的心理素質(zhì)(適應能力、抗挫折能力等),完成任務意識、能力,做事情的堅持性,能自己解決問題、處理矛盾等諸多方面采取多種形式進行培養(yǎng)。

通過認真學習《綱要》、學習瑞吉歐教育的經(jīng)驗和許多幼教專家的教育理論及教研學習,我們對瑞吉歐教育的思想有了進一步的理解,在邊學習邊探索的過程中,我們的觀念又有了很大的轉(zhuǎn)變,意識到做一名教師最基本的條件是具有不斷學習的能力,因為教師的發(fā)展與幼兒的發(fā)展是一個連續(xù)的整體,只有教師不斷發(fā)展,才能為幼兒的發(fā)展提供良好的條件,只有老師具有創(chuàng)造性,才能培養(yǎng)出具有創(chuàng)造性的幼兒。因此,我們對教師的角色理念又有了進一步的理解,不僅要做幼兒的傾聽者、合作者、伙伴、幼兒學習的支持者、引導者、激勵者等角色,而且還要做一名研究者和學習者,通過不斷的學習、不斷對實踐進行反思,從而來不斷提高和發(fā)展自己。珍惜每一次外出學習的機會,在參加青島市素質(zhì)教育研討會的觀摩活動時,從中吸取他人先進的教育觀念、方法,如:通過參觀改進大班早操的隊列練習、放松活動、創(chuàng)設了低幼銜接心靈相約信箱、在音樂活動中改變以往的教學模式,在讓幼兒認識簡譜的基礎上,學唱歌曲等。

本著“以先進的教育理念為先導,以尊重幼兒的興趣、需要為前提,以不同內(nèi)容、不同形式的活動為媒介,以時代的需要為標準,以主動探索、主動學習、主動建構(gòu)、主動發(fā)展為核心,促進幼兒身心健康、全面和諧發(fā)展”的課程方案精神,我們注重了給幼兒提供創(chuàng)造性發(fā)展的空間,尊重了孩子離奇的念頭與怪異的行為。在教學中,能注重從幼兒“最近的發(fā)展區(qū)”確定教學目標。注意觀察了解幼兒的興趣與需要,根據(jù)主題、興趣為幼兒創(chuàng)設良好的學習環(huán)境,在環(huán)境中感知、體驗、操作、發(fā)現(xiàn)、交往等與環(huán)境發(fā)生交互作用。結(jié)合教育目標及幼兒需要形成新的主題網(wǎng)絡,鼓勵幼兒創(chuàng)設情景,自由選擇,大膽探索,在組織的過程中,我們注意發(fā)揮主導作用,與幼兒一起協(xié)商,提出建議,引導幼兒發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、提出問題、解決問題的,通過觀察幼兒的行為、游戲及其材料的運用,及時調(diào)整環(huán)境思路,因材施教。通過隱形指導鼓勵幼兒的創(chuàng)造與表現(xiàn)。能注重幼兒的個體差異,能根據(jù)不同能力的幼兒創(chuàng)設環(huán)境、提供不同的材料、進行不同的指導。并認真記錄幼兒活動的過程,及時進行反思。

2、要有強烈的創(chuàng)新意識。不照搬書上的東西,要敢于創(chuàng)新、敢于標新立異。要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,敢于提出自己獨特的觀點,以自身的創(chuàng)新意識來影響幼兒,幫助幼兒樹立創(chuàng)新的意識。
3、保持寬容的心境。在工作中遇到困難可以向有經(jīng)驗的同事請教,與同事要互相關(guān)心、和睦相處。努力為幼兒創(chuàng)造一個輕松、寬松的環(huán)境。
